About CMC025 Scarborough
The Scarborough chapter of the Canadian Motorcycle Cruisers, is an all-inclusive riding club and we don't care what you ride. While manu CMC members prefer cruiser-style machines, we are completely brand agnostic and we do not discriminate against any style of motorcycle. All we care is that you enjoy riding and want to be part of promoting motorcycling in a positive manner.
Oh, and be nice. We care about being nice to each other.
The Scarborough chapter is presently in a rebuilding phase and we're looking for people who share the values listed below. We've gone through some of the growing pains experienced with the other riding clubs and, quite frankly, we are so beyond all that nonsense.
We do not impose mandatory participation and there are no fees to be part of the CMC. You may, if you wish purchase a CMC crest but are in no way obligated if that is not your thing.
Our Values
For most of us, riding is a passion, and while we may like to don black leather jackets on the weekend, be clear in understanding that there is nothing nefarious about this riding club. As explained in the CMC principles document, we are a family-oriented organization and believe strongly in being friendly and welcoming while supporting the communities in which we live.
Life is About Priorities
We will hold "meet and greets" throghout the riding season for those that want to get together and all members are encouraged to post ride notices on the forum and invite others if they would like some riding partners. Again, there is no obligation and as a member, you are free to determine your own level of particiaption based on your own priorities and circumstances.
